Manager of Global Programs - Asia

 
 
Position Summary
International market development organization based in Washington, D.C. is recruiting a manager of global programs for Asia working from its Washington, D.C. office. This position is responsible for backstopping and supporting the offices with their market development programs. This individual assists in the development, writing and submission of the Council’s Unified Export Strategy. The position is based in Washington, D.C.

USGC is a leading non-profit member association dedicated to expanding exports of U.S. corn, sorghum, barley and related co-products, including ethanol. Desired Qualifications
Minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in fields of international relations or international development. Minimum of two years’ prior experience with FAS Cooperator programs and related rules and guidelines is strongly preferred. Preferred candidate will have experience working in a multi-cultural, international environment and have excellent PowerPoint and HTML and content management skills. 

We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to ‘connect the dots’ to maximize 
organizational potential. Must be a team player with exceptional collaboration and 
communication skills with strong skills in prioritizing and decision making. Must also be able to quickly pivot and adapt as the organization’s strategic direction evolves.
