Junior MANRRS is a leadership and development program for middle and high school students who want to explore careers in agriculture, natural resources and related sciences while making a difference in their communities.
Students in grades 6-12 who are curious about science, sustainability, the environment, food systems, or making a real-world impact through leadership are welcome to join. No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity and commitment!
You’ll gain leadership skills, explore future career paths, connect with mentors and join a national movement to increase diversity in agriculture and STEM. Whether you’re interested in science, animals, the environment, technology, or simply curious about what’s possible, you belong here.
Junior MANRRS members participate in hands-on learning experiences, workshops, local and national events, community service and mentorship activities that prepare them for success in high school, college, and beyond.
