She focuses on driving innovation while building enriching programs that connect students and professionals and support their leadership development. Ebony hails from a rural town in the Mississippi Delta, earned her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stillman College, and holds a certification in Technology Management along with an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

A leader with a serving attitude, Ashantáe Smith, is a native of a small town in Alabama. She currently resides in Georgia and has worked for the MANRRS National Office as Associate Program Coordinator since November 2016. Ashantáe first became involved with MANRRS as a Junior MANRRS student in high school and has enjoyed watching the organization grow.

Dwane Matthews is a native of Denver, Colorado. Very family orientated with a huge love for helping people, MANRRS was a perfect fit for him when he joined in 2008 as a chaperone for Junior MANRRS. Dwane graduated from The University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in youth programing for many years.
