Position Title: 

Graphic Designer


Position Summary:
Vivayic is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer who will work alongside our team of Project Owners, Analysts, Learning Designers, Developers and more. Teamwork is essential to all roles as a fully virtual company. We thrive by creating quality work through a wide variety of project mediums that ensures success for our client’s learning and training needs.
An ideal candidate will have the following:
• A college degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Able to manage multiple, competing tasks and be self-directed
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Collaborative/Team focused mindset
• Confident leading discussion regarding graphic design, branding, etc. in any setting
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with teammates and clients
• Ability and willingness to learn in your skills and your role on the team
• Positive attitude, likes people and challenges
• Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, XD and Acrobat
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
• Excellent ability to create high quality assets in various styles
• Great understanding of composition, color theory and type
• Strong understanding of visual branding
• Working knowledge of graphic/visual/stylistic trends
• Well versed in creating for a wide range of marketing medium such as social media, websites, apps, etc.
Bonus qualifications:
• Motion design knowledge (After Effects, etc.)
• Knowledge of other Adobe programs not listed above
• Knowledge of or experience with other software, such as: Lectora, Camtasia, Articulate 360 suite of tools (Storyline, Rise, etc.), etc.
• Creative/conceptual development for video
