AutoCAD Technician
Position Summary:
Wildlands Engineering, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our Charleston, SC office. Duties of the AutoCAD Technician will include producing construction and as-built plans with AutoCAD Civil3D while working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. Wildlands Engineering is seeking to fill a full-time office-based position but will consider applicants that prefer a part-time role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead construction and as-built plan sheet production using AutoCAD software.
• Effectively communicate and coordinate with a multiple disciplinary team.
• Multitask and manage deadlines with a willingness to react positively to shifting priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Aided Drafting with a focus on civil design, or equivalent minimum 1
year of professional experience.
• Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in AutoCAD Civil3D generating alignments, profiles, and plan production.
• Must demonstrate experience with earthwork modeling.

PREFERRED (BUT NOT REQUIRED) QUALIFICATIONS:
• Experience using ArcGIS software in a professional setting.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
