For chapter advisors, MANRRS offers professional development, networking, and free exchange of ideas amongst professional members.

Membership is open to anyone with a vital interest in advancing in career and professional development within a welcoming environment and space that fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion in agriculture, natural resources, and related sciences.

Chapters are comprised of undergraduate and graduate students. A student member is any person who is enrolled full time in an accredited educational institution and/or program leading to the award of an associate, undergraduate, or graduate degree.

STARTING A CHAPTER

Based on availability of funding, all new collegiate chapters receive their first year of chapter dues ($125) waived. Newly established chapters also receive membership pins, a marketing kit, an assigned MANRRS.org email, and access to gated content on the MANRRS website. New chapters are defined as any university or institution that has not had an active MANRRS chapter for the past 5 years or more. STEPS TO TAKE

1. Fill out the chapter interest form.

2. Review follow up email for more details and further instructions.

3. After receiving follow up email and taking necessary steps to establishing your chapter, you will then complete the chapter application form. 

  • Chapter advisor(s), officers, and bylaws will be required to complete this form.
