To ensure each chapter remains in good standing, we require chapter documentation and an Annual Summary. Chapters seeking additional recognition or awards can submit supplemental materials to showcase their activities and achievements throughout the year.
All documentation must be submitted by December 31st of each calendar year to be considered.
See below for additional information about requirements.
To be considered a Chapter in Good Standing, you must submit student officer information, chapter bylaws, and an Annual Summary each calendar year. Chapters in Good Standing receive access to the members-only pages, including the job board and scholarship opportunities.
Chapter dues must also be paid and recorded with MANRRS to maintain active chapter status.
Please note: Chapter dues and the Annual Summary are due Dec. 31. A $25 late fee will be applied to outstanding chapter dues beginning Jan. 1. All outstanding dues must be paid by Jan. 31. Chapters with unpaid dues as of Feb. 1 will be considered inactive and will not be nationally recognized for the membership year. Students can register individually to gain an independent membership.
Review Member Registration/Renewal Requests submitted directly by new and renewing chapter members and confirm the members your chapter will include in its dues payment.
