Year 1 is focused on onboarding; this entails building a relationship with membership. Our team will introduce you to membership & familiarize you with the partner brand & opportunities, including:
Starting year 2 and beyond, you should understand the ins and outs of National Partner benefits and be able to take advantage of full exposure as a partner.
Advisory Board members must complete year 1 onboarding and then sustain a minimum partnership level of $50k for years 2 through 3. During year 4, you are eligible for Advisory Board consideration upon nomination.
Partnerships are based on sponsor-level tiers and include opportunities for organizations to showcase their brand, access diverse recruitment opportunities, and become involved in exclusive events. For full details, please download our partnership guide.
Partner scholarship funds have a minimum threshold of $25K. If you are a current National Partner interested in setting up a scholarship fund at or above $25K, please contact the MANRRS National Office to begin establishing a scholarship.
NOTE: MANRRS does have an option for micro-scholarships, but these will not be acknowledged as official partner scholarships, only as donations.
Yes, there is a 20% admin fee applied to each partnership that helps to cover overhead costs associated with partner management, including promotional support for partner brand & programming, resources & equipment necessary to host/execute partner programming & events, facilitation/coordination of MANRRS-associated connections, etc. The fee is applied to the subtotal, not grand total of the partner fee.
No, the full amount of funds designated to scholarships are used solely for that purpose, so scholarship funds are separate from your partnership investment. Partnership funding supports the MANRRS organization.
Your onboarding year (year 1) will be focused on best practices to maximize partnership. To maximize your partnership, we recommend creating an internal steering committee or cross-functional team that includes a point person for each aspect of MANRRS for areas including:

Donations are primarily from individuals, and do not come with partner benefits, while companies or organizations that contribute financially are considered partnerships if they meet the partner tier funding requirement, unless the organization indicates the funds are to be used as a donation. Partnership terms begin January 1 of each calendar year and end December 31. You are welcome to sign up for multiple partner terms beyond your 1st onboarding year.
Please note: Our programming calendars do not coincide with our partnership terms. Based on peak membership activity, our programming and events follow a May 1 to April 30 schedule.
