Position Summary:
The Market Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the business, science, and leadership teams by building market, financial, and competitive intelligence analysis tools and frameworks to facilitate strategic decision making.

What we’re looking for:

Experience developing robust market analysis and business case compilation as part of an overall market intelligence strategy, including but not limited to understanding the channel, effective pricing, and capturing market share
- Agriculture Biotechnology strategy, including but not limited to understanding the channel, effective pricing, and capturing market share
- Agriculture Biotechnology Industry Experience- in depth knowledge of data and analysis covering the agriculture sector internationally.
- Ability to collect information and perform analyses that improve Pebble's understanding of potential market opportunities and/or competitive threats. This could include but is not limited to market sizing, cost benchmarking, and other forms of primary and secondary research.
- Demonstrate domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills, such as business model development, financial modeling, assistance for product strategy in areas such as understanding the channel, effective pricing, capturing market share and creating new value-added services like a go-to market strategy.
- Establish effective relationships with internal team members and external resources.
- Collaborate with internal team members to grow the business and expand a Professional Services presence.
- Incorporate strategic insights into presentation materials for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of combined experience in agriculture or agbiotech market intelligence and experience in an business strategy field
- Extensive experience in agriculture product strategy and market / competitor analysis
- Previous experience building analytical tools and frameworks including collecting all information related to potential market opportunities and/or competitive threats
- Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multitask
- Proficiency in writing and oral presentations
- Strong analytical skills
- Open minded listener who can understand differing views, opinions, and aspects of business

Compensation:
$65,000 - $95,000 plus health & welfare benefits and bonus plan
