Position Summary:

Farm Credit Midsouth has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at our Osceola, AR branch. The CSR provides front line customer service by greeting customers, processing payments and distributions, plus providing general administrative support to the branch. The Customer Service Representative will work with the lending staff to strengthen business relationships with agriculture producers, businesses, and professionals within the community.

Major Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will work with the lending staff to strengthen business relationships with agriculture producers, businesses, and professionals within the community.

 

Desired Qualifications:

· High School diploma and 3 years of related experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· Must demonstrate the ability to utilize computer technology and multiple software applications

· Knowledge of financial principles and practices, and servicing activities is desired

· Knowledge of varied loan policies, procedures, and practices is desired

· Experience in receipting and disbursing funds
