FMC seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Ops FP&A

Position Overview: 

Overview:

This position is a Global FP&A role that will have oversight in the financial management of Operations Finance [“OF”] including the budgeting, forecasting and modeling of opportunities across AI and F&P sites. It will report directly to the Global OF Director and will have extensive interaction with OF leadership as well as Operations teams. The main areas of focus will include Global ownership/support of ongoing and adhoc projects including Business Partner for Remediation. The role will also be working closely with the Regional OF and Operations leads as well as AI OF Site staff and Plant Management. The role will be part of the OFPA Leadership Team and will interact with Global OFPA leads for AI and F&P as primary analytical support.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation/global coordination of AI related analytics including
  • Diamide scenario planning
  • AI inventory adjustments/WC impact
  • AI Variance trend analytics

• Lead the preparation/global coordination of F&P related analytics including
  • Collate site metrics and review for trends
  • F&P inventory review/WC impact
  • Analytical support for strategic move to in-region production
• Global ownership of projects such as Benchmarking, Sustainability questionnaires, UOC improvements, Quarterly Costing Impact
• Prepare ad-hoc financial slides for Leadership presentations
• Support the preparation of monthly/quarterly GSC and ESOP decks
• Own Remediation FP&A support incl monthly/quarterly reporting

Qualifications:

• BA / BS in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A experience
• Financial modeling experience and "What/lf" analysis required
• Large dataset modelling experience preferred

Systems Experience:

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• SAP experience preferred
