Mrs. Webber has spent the past 21 years transforming MANRRS into a nationally recognized name. She focuses on driving innovation while building enriching programs to connect diverse students and professionals while aiding in their leadership development. Ebony hails from a rural town in the Mississippi Delta, received her bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Stillman College, and holds a certification in Technology Management and Master’s in Business Administration, both from the University of Phoenix.

A leader with a serving attitude, Ashantáe Smith, is a native of a small town in Alabama. She currently resides in Georgia and has worked for the MANRRS National Office as Associate Program Coordinator since November 2016. Ashantáe first became involved with MANRRS as a Junior MANRRS student in high school and has enjoyed watching the organization grow.
Dwane Matthews

Dwane Matthews is a native of Denver, Colorado. Very family orientated with a huge love for helping people, MANRRS was a perfect fit for him when he joined in 2008 as a chaperone for Junior MANRRS. Dwane graduated from The University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked in youth programing for many years.
Making the move to Atlanta, GA to work in the MANRRS National Office was of course a transition but nevertheless, a very easy one. As the MANRRS Program Manager, Dwane utilizes innovate techniques and processes to elevate the existing programs and works with our MANRRS Chapters across the country to better share our MANRRS story.

Carla is a proud Afro-Latina who has a deep commitment to supporting the next generation and advocating for disadvantaged communities to promote agriculture education and sustainable practices. Carla is native to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and a former collegiate basketball player at Santa Fe College. She graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education and Communication with a minor in Leadership.

Marquel Lett, a dedicated fundraiser from Louisville, KY, brings a decade of experience in fundraising, development, and the non-profit sector. She specializes in major gifts and the art of connecting passions through compelling storytelling. With her expertise in donor cultivation, corporate and foundation relations, she excels in creating connections and narratives that resonate with donors, driving support for underrepresented communities in agriculture and natural resources.

Briyanna Tiafoe, a proud a native of Prince George's County, Maryland, brings a wealth of experience in marketing and graphic design. With nearly four years in marketing and over six years in graphic design, she has successfully collaborated with numerous clients and built her own business. Briyanna is dedicated to ensuring that the MANRRS brand is consistently and expertly represented across all platforms.
